How do I import Outlook Express Address Book *.WAB into Outlook 2007 Address
Book?

No version of Outlook can import a WAB. No version of Outlook has an Address
Book. A WAB file is an OE file. Import it into OE, then you can import
Contacts from OE into Outlook.
