My desk top uses windows 98 - my laptop uses windows xp
how do I import my address book from windows 98 to the
windows xp? thank you

There are several ways of doing this but this one is quite easy:

Search for '*.wab' on the 98 machine and copy it to a floppy.
Copy this to the desktop on your Windows XP machine and use File / Import /
Address Book in Outlook Express. This will merge the entries with any you
already have on the XP machine. You can now delete the copy on the desktop.

Thank you, Dave - happy 4th
