There is an Address Book in Outlook 2003.
There is an Address book in Accessories.
Why two? What's the difference?

The Address book in Outlook 2003 is not an Addressbook as such, it's a view
of the Contacts folder.
The Addressbook in Accessories is the Windows Addressbook (or WAB) and is
used by Outlook Express.

The Outlook address book is simply a view of the Contacts Folder, its not a
seperate file, the Contacts folder is contained within the outlook data
file, the *.pst. Only outlook can access this data file.
I've no idea what Address Book you are seeing in Accessories
