I am using an address book to keep fax numbers. I assume that the book
is built into Windows. It is not the same book as I get when I >start
menu > programs >accessories > address book.

This is the book I get. http://i11.tinypic.com/403cufa.jpg

How do I run this book without having to go to printer properties to
find it?

TIA

Since it's part of the Canon Fax software you might look at their Help
files for a shortcut to the file. If the AB file has a unique extension
associated with their software, you can create a shortcut to the file,
when you double-click it, their software should open it. Where is it?
Well, they conveniently gave you a "Change the location of the address
book" option. Click the button and see where the file is currently
located, go to that folder, right-click the file, click Send To: Desktop
(create a shortcut). That's what I would try anyway..
