How to make Exchange Global Address Book Available in Outlook POP3/SMTP Client

I don't think you can. Are you connected to both an Exchange Server and a
POP3 server?

In Our Office, all of the working in Exchange cached client, few people
working in pop3 client.

for pop3 client user, how to make exchange global address list available.
pls send me procedures
