All information was removed from an Address Book due to having massive
duplications
My Contacts listings are now correct but the Address Book apears to be
unable to find the Contacts data.
How can I repopulate the AB.

Thanks

Since the Address Book is nothing more than a view of those Contacts folders
that have been enabled as address books, right-click the Contacts folder,
choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box
labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". Click OK.

If you can't, then your Outlook Address Book service has been incorrectly
configured. See this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287563/en-us
