Address book sort order by Company

Outlook 2002, using Contact list as address book. I see numerous posts for
sorting by first/last name (don't people read previous posts before creating
new??), but is there a way to sort by Company name as defined in Contact list?

Those previous posts to which you referred answered your question.
By now I'm sure you know that you can sort the Outlook Address Book in 2
ways:
1. First/Last
2. File As Field
Accordingly, if your File As field contains the Company name, then you can
sort by the Company name. If it does not, then you cannot.
