Address Book Questions

Hi all,

I'm new to Outlook. Now trying to learn OL2000.

Can someone help me figure out 1) how to set up my Outlook address
book so it automatically collects address as I use them to send e-mail
and 2) how I can get Outlook to recognize e-mails I use frequently as
I type them into the "To" field.

About if you don't know.

Neither mode of Outlook 2000 has an autocompletion feature.
