Address Book problems in sending message

I have created a personal address book. When I select e-
mail addresses from this book, Outlook sends a message
that they are 'deliverable' What have I done wrong?

How did you create this personal address book and in what version of
Outlook?
Personal Address Books were replaced by the Outlook Address Book years ago.
Why are you using a PAB?
