Address Book Options

I'm using Outlook 2003, NOT on an Exchange Server. When I click the To:
button to address an email, the Name column is ordered by first name. Is
there a way to show the names in Last name order instead? My names come from
my Contacts. Thank you!
 
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
