Address Book on Outlook2003 Web Access

i have problem that when i want to send email using Outlook2003 web account ,
the accouts do not pop on like in the Outlook application ,
i have to click find to send,
i want them to be like the outlook

any one can help ?!
 
OWA isn't Outlook. It just doesn't work the same.
