Address Book location?

I am new to this email system and cannot find an option for my address book.
I do find 'windows contacts', but is that it?
Also when I begin typing an email address when composing, it does not
automatically complete the address for me.
VERY frustrating.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

In the old Outlook Express, if you had it on your old computer, export your
Address Book to "My Document" and then transfer it to your new computer to
"Documents". Double click on it, and it will be automatically imported to
Windows Mail as "Contacts." After that, it does complete your address from
that list when your start typing it.

The Contacts list still may need your attention because, in my case, it
imported the same contact for 2-5 times.

In Vista, the address book has been replaced by Windows Contacts.

Auto-completion does not work very well in WM. It only remembers
the last 29 addresses you've recently sent mail to.
You may want to upgrade to Windows Live Mail because its
auto-completion works much better:
