Address Book issue

Office XP. XP Professional. I cannot create new entries
into the address book. There are no entries in it. All
entries are in contacts. Can I import contact list
entries into the address book? If so, how?

Outlook 2002 (XP) does not use the addressbook - it uses Contacts.
