Address book and email addresses

I need to update the information for a person that I send
emails to but can't find them in my address book. They
are not in the contacts list either. Where are they?

Contacts can only reside in a Contacts Folder. You need to state your
Outlook version and the evidence that this Contact exists. Perhaps you are
pulling the data from your autocompletion cache.
