Address Bk problem

When attempting to address an enevlope - Tools>Envelopes & Labels - and then
clicking on the address book icon, a message window appears: "MSFT Word has
encountered a problem and needs to
close...etc." Highlighting the details gives this........

I am prevented from using the address book. What to do? Please help.

Hi Old,

schdmapi.dll is an "Outlook thing". You should ask this question in an Outlook
newsgroup. I know just enough about this to know there are definitely
documented problems having to do with schdmapi.dll. But I don't know the
resolutions.
