After cleaning up someones virus mess (myblast, nachi, &
various Hotbar junk, Internet Explorer functions but the
Address bar is grayed out and the text box isn't there.
The only way to get to various websites it to either click
on links within documents or put the address in the Home
Page area and click on home.

Anyone got any clues?
Thanks

Right click the toolbar and make sure that Lock Toolbars is not checked and
that Address Bar is checked.
Grab the handle at the left end of each toolbar and drag them down. One of
them is probably hiding the Address bar.

Vicki,
Most likely you still have some leftovers from HotBar

If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
