Address bar in IE6 got junk

my address bar is all full of junk - i cannot see an address - it looks like
part of a previous window inside the addressbar. this only happens in the
second/third window that i open.

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize > Clear

Did not resolve the problem - only cleared shortcuts from the Start menu.
