Hi dee27

If you are using IE7 then click on Tools and then click on "Delete browsing
history". In case you are using IE6 go to Tools> Internet Options> Privacy
and delete everything you want to.

There is another software that can do this (delete browsing history,
clearing MRUs etc) and a lot more (such as repairing your registry etc) for
you. Get CCleaner from this url:- http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
Be careful when repairing your registry with it (always take backups etc....)

Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Click on Content Tab then on AutoComplete Button and there uncheck this box
under Use AutoComplete for:
[ ] Web addresses <= uncheck this box
[ ] Form
[ ] User names and passwords

[ Clear form ] [clear history.. ] click to clear history and then
click [OK] to close then [OK] again to exit the IE properties.
HTH.
Let us know.
