additional outlook accounts question

I'm running office 2003 and am giving my old computer to my ex. I am trying
to set up additional individual outlook email accounts under my two kids
profiles. When I click on outlook under my daughters profile it starts to
install the program and then stops because she has limited account settings.
It then says the aministrator must install. I get that but am stumped as to
how to add an email account for my daughter AND son from the admin outlook.

If you want all mail to be private, for the individual, set up OL Profiles
for each user and if neccessary password protect the individual pst
