additional mailbox delivery problems

I have a client with 2 additional mailboxes in Outlook /exchange.
The problem is that mail sent to the additional boxes are being delivered to
the official mailbox.
the additional mailboxes are hidden in exchange & Client's network login ID
is the primary windows account.
what is going wrong and how can i solve this

Hi Roady,
the version of outlook : Outlook 2000
we use Outlook 2000 to view mail (including the additional mailboxes.)
