Addins tab on ribbon

I used to have a custom toolbar that contained custom menu items to run
specific macros for my business. In Excel 2007 when I go to customize and
click on the area to insert items from the "Add-Ins" tab, one of the entries
is "Custom Toolbars". My question is how do you modify what appears in the
custom tool area.
Excel 2003 was far superior to this piece of crap. I used to be able to do
one click and my macro would run. Is there any way I can get that same
capability in this excel 2007 piece of crap.

It's an addin that gives 2007 the 2003 menus and tool bars. not sure how it
works and as stated, i haven't tried it(i don't have 2007 yet).

good luck

Toolbars 'attached' to Excel 2003 workbooks are uneditable in Excel 2007.
You'd have to go back to Excel 2003 and make your changes there. (That's
another reason why you shouldn't use the 'attach' method. Creating toolbars
through code at run-time is the way to go, but that's water under the
bridge).

You can add individual buttons that run macros to the QAT. Right-click the
QAT and pick Customize... In the drop down pick Macros.

Ron de Bruin shows a method of adding a menu of your favorite commands to
the QAT here:
