If you have a free, US-based Yahoo account, it will have web access
only, so it can't be used with Windows Mail. For an extra fee, Yahoo
will upgrade your account to Mail Plus, which enables it for access
by standard POP clients like Windows Mail: http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com
