Adding XP Media Center Addition to a domain

I understand that XP media center edition was not designed to be added to a
domain. However, does anyone know of some third party software that can
allow me to do this?
Thanks!

You might post in a WinXP MCE group for help with this.

Microsoft Media Center 2005 Edition will only allow to to install it
onto a "domain" during the clean installation process. If you want to
change domains, change to workgroup or re-install XP MCE, it will no
longer join a domain.

A clean installtion is an installation where you format the hard drive.

If you Google this question, you will find a few posts that claim to
have enabled MCE 2005 and later to join domains by registry edits. If
you go that route, be sure to have adequate backups.
