Adding with excel

Gen Needs Help

Hi, me again with another question....how can I add the entire row of my
numbers together- for example adding cell E2 thru to cell E25 (so, cell E2
plus E3 plus E$ and so on and so forth) to get a running total at the end of
each page?
Thanks to anyone for the help, sorry if my question is confusing.
