Adding Windows 2000 server to an AD domain

Hello, I have an existing domain with a W2k server and
about 30 workstations. I need to add a server, which will
be an application server and will have about 5 people
connecting to it. Does anyone have any good tips / links
for how to do this ? Thanks.
