Adding/Updating Record in another Table

I have a main tasks database where the users can see what tasks are
still open to be worked on.

I also have other databases that makes requests pertaining to a
project. There are total of 3 different databases.

I want to be able to somehow automatically create a task in the tasks
database when I create a new record in the other 3 databases I have.
This is useful when the project manager access the tasks database they
can see what is going on and what needs to be worked on. Right now
they have to open each database to see what is open.

I want to be able to update those tasks also from those external
databases.
