Adding Tasks to a Appointment

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible on receiving a new calender appointment or setting up a new appointment to add Tasks related to that appointment straight away. i.e. I get a new appointment "Finance meeting" in preparation for this appointment I want to set up the following tasks. "Receive Expenses from departments" and "Fianalise management reports". I want to do this on the fly i.e. while I am busy with the Appointment item.

I know I can go and setup Tasks seperately, but I want to do this from within the Calender.
