adding sound to email

is there an easy way to add sound to an email; would it be possible for the
sound to play (automatically) when the message is opened?

it there any software available that allows easy recording of sound for this
purpose (voice or otherwise)?

i'm reading that this feature was broke with SP2, MS is aware of it; and no
fix has yet been issued, is this correct?

I've heard from a couple of users that it is broken for them indeed. It
still works for me though.
