adding sound when an email is opened by recipient

would like to know how to add a sound file to an email that is sent in order
to have that sound file automatically play upon opening of the recieved email.

When I select the Sound Icon I get the error message: Object created in
HTMLInlineVideoCtl. This application not available to open this object.
What am I missing or what is set wrong ? (Using Word-2003 and Outlook-2003
