adding second harddrive

I have added a second hard drive it did not come with any
drivers the system is aware it is installed as it is on
the hardware list.

How do I assign it a drive letter and or initilize it ,
sorry about the spelling

Hi Tony,

Start/run diskmgmt.msc or right-click "My Computer" and select manage.

Right-click the free space shown on the new drive, create a partition, then
format it. Then it will be usable.

Right click My Computer/Manage/Storage you should see the drive there and
format or whatever you need to do.
