adding programs to "all programs" list?

Hi I accidently deleted some things from the all programs list and was wondering how I can re add them. Thanks!

Option #1: Restore from recycle bin.
Option #2: Reinstall them.
Option #3: Manually recreate them.

The start menu only contains shortcuts, so you can add them manually 'cos
the software is still there - but what a mission! Check your recycle bin -
if you didn't hold down the shift key when you deleted them, you should be
able to restore them from there.
