Adding PDF report in Frontpage 2002

I would like to make a report in adobe ( pdf file ) so users could download
it to their pc. ( or make a form so they can leave their information ( name,
address, email ) and a pdf report would automactly be emailed to them and
their information stored in a database ?)

Is there a way to do this in Frontpage?

Thanks a lot

File->Import the .pdf file into FrontPage and create a link to it. If
the user has the Adobe reader installed the .pdf file will open in
their browser, and they can save it as they wish, or right click the
link to download it.

But you have to create the PDF file itself either for example as a word file
and convert it to PDF format or within the Adobe Acrobat application itself,
or a third party program that can do the conversion, usually from Word to
PDF.

as for auto responders, to email the file, then you'll have to look around
as Frontpage can't do this.

www.hotscripts.com is a good starting place for scripts.

....kinda doubt that you could pull the response info out of the pdf and into a database though.

an online form would probably be mo' betta huh?
