adding outlook to my existing home and student 2007

does anyone know whether I can add or purchase outlook only, to add to my
existing home and student 2007 suite? it seems absurd to have to buy another
suite, like standard, that also contains 3 other programs (word, ppt, exel)
that I already have... I just need outlook....

Yes, you can buy it separately install and use. However you might run into
some issues that frustrate you. For example, you will not be able to get
stationery to work the way you think it should.
