Adding Outlook 2003 Shortcut to file system

Hi!
How do I make a Outlook 2003 Shortcut to a specific
folder in the file system?

My shortcuts from Outlook 2000 are there, but I can't ad
a new one.

Try creating the shortcut on your desktop, then dragging it to the Shortcuts navigation pane in Outlook 2003. It will open the folder in a separate window, not in Outlook.
