Adding other than inbox folders to check

Hello: Not sure if this is an Outlook quesiton or email server question. If
it's a server question just point and I'll go that way. :)

My company uses a Zimbra Mail distribution. It's junk mail filter is a tad
touchy and but I have been unable to get anyone to make changes because they
have to be made company wide. Many legit emails are getting filed as Junk and
the "Not Junk" button just moves the message to the inbox, it does not create
a safe list or anything. (It's a stupid, stupid button!)

With all that being said I would like to add that Junk Mail Folder the be
checked and downloaded when it downloads the email in the inbox. Silly I know
to want to download more potential garbage, but the one email I needed to get
makes all the rest worthwhile. Any ideas, should I be barking up a different
tree?

Using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003 btw. Dual boot and I'm happy to try a
solution in either or both versions.

Many Thanks!!!!!!

It's not a stupid button; how should that button know what criterea you used
to tell it's safe? Could be the address, could be the subject, could be
because of some words in the body, etc...?

What account type do you use? If the messages are moved serverside the most
likely has to be serverside as well unless they are being collected like
POP3.

I called the button stupid somewhat tounge and cheek. In Outlook telling it
something is not junk adds it to a safe sender list. Or gives you an option.
Where as in Zimbra it just moves it to the inbox, but does not "learn" that
email email from that sender should not be flagged as Junk in the future.
Thats all I meant.

It is a POP3 account. They are moved on the serverside to the Junk Mail
Folder. I have to go in once or twice a day a peruse. Not a huge issue, but
just wondering. :)
