adding or removing programs

I am using winfax pro 10.02 for windows xp..i lost power due to a recent storm...at the time of the storm i was in the process of sending a blast fax (multiple faxes from winfax pro...we i rebooted my computer winfax pro hangs up...i've tried removing the software but i keep getting a mesaage that winfax pro is running...my question is how do i remove the software and reinstall it?

i would certainly appreciate help...

You need to stop winfax pro from running.
Ctrl + Shift + Esc | Look for it and end it, then uninstall
