Adding new user not synchro tot other server

I have two servers in my active dir. When i add a user on one server it will
not synchronize to the other.
 
Check event logs on your server for more info on why is this happening. Also
run dcdiag and netdiag from support tools to verify if your AD is
functioning as it should.
