Adding names to a global address book

If Running Exchange 2000+:
You create a mail-enabled user, mailbox-enabled user or mail-enabled contact
using Active Directory Users and Computers

Exchange 5.5:
Create a mailbox or Custom Recipient using Exchange Administrator
 
I do not see this option using Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2003
(e-mail address removed)
 
You need to use Active Directory Users and Computers to do this. You will
also need to the Exchange Management tools installed to have the option to
create the email address.
