adding my msn email account to outlook?

i have forgotten how to add my msn email account to outlook 2003 student and
teacher edition. Can any one help me please?
 
START / SETTINGS / CONTROL PANEL / MAIL

Open the profile, then choose add mail, and select the HTTP option, BUT, if
you don't pay for your subscription for MSN / Hotmail, it won't work...
