Adding music files to Media Library...Media Center PC

The User's Guide instructs to click START then click Windows Media Player.
Windows Media Player opens. On the left side click Media Library.

However, when I click on Windows Media Player, the above mentioned does not
appear. A different image appears that does not look at all like the screen
shown in the User's Guide.

How can I get the screen up that is referenced in the Guide? Thanks
