adding multiple apartments adress?

I need to add the same street addres but have different apartment numbers in
each contact with out a resident name. Is this possible in outlook or is
there a way to create an excel spreadsheet that will auto populate the
apartments number and then I could send the excel file to outlook.

You can certainly import an excel sheet.

The New contact from company command will create a new contact without a
name but with the address field filled in - it will keep any apartment #
though.
