adding lines

How do you add lines to just the bottom part of the cell?
It seems like you can only do 1 row at a time? How would
I add lines to the bottom of the cell for several rows?

Select the rows in question
format>cells>border, now select one liners so the area with
the borders and the Text lines look like

click Ok
