Like what? Most Keyboard shortcuts in Outlook are hard coded and cannot be
changed, deleted or revised.

In Outlook/Contacts I collapse groups often and I want a keyboard shortcut I
can apply to 'Collapse all Groups" so I can do it easily with one stroke
fromthe keyboard.
