adding .ico files

I have some free .ico files I would like to add the Powerpoint programme
itself as additions to use later.

Tried the Help section, couldn't find anything to help me.

I suggest u use a ico to png converter - http://www.convertico.com/
most of the icons i used in Powerpoint presentations are in PNG format

Try renaming your *.ICO files to *.BMP and see if that works.
