Adding Hyperlinks in Calendar Items

Hi;

I have a public calendar that shows various things that are happening
in our organization. I would like to place hyperlinks on these calendar
items that will point to share documents that are on our exchange
server. I can add a document to the calendar item, but the pst file
will get rather large. I would like to add hyperlinks to where these
items are on our server. Is this possible? How can I do it? Is there an
outlook add-in tool bar that would let me do this easily? I will have
to add the items quite often throughout the day. Thanks for any help.

Will file, insert as hyperlink work? (click on the arrow on the insert
button to see the as hyperlink button)

Thanks....That Did it! I was looking for it as a hyperlink in the main
pulldown.
