adding fonts

Is there a limit to the number of fonts that can be installed in Windows XP
Pro? I ask because a CD of fonts I recently purchased said so, but did not
say how many.

Not sure if there is a limit, but it always pays to have some sort of
a Font managing program to keep track of what's being loaded and used
at any given time.
