How does one install additional fonts from the Windows XP
installation disk? I cannot find this info and it is no
longer transparent. I cannot find this option anywhere on
the list of options for installing additional components.

Thx.

Go to Control Panel, in their is a folder called 'fonts'. It will show you
all the fonts you currently have installed.

Selct 'File', then 'Install New Font...'

Then just select the drive/cd with the fonts, select the ones you want and
click 'Ok'
