adding fonts from Win 98 to Win XP

I have about 1500 fonts from a Win 98 PC that I've put into 3 folders,
Font1, Font2, and Font3. Is there any special thing I should do to install
them in Win XP, or can I simply copy & paste into the Windows\Fonts folder?

Also, is there any problem with adding that many fonts?

Go to CONTROL PANEL - Fonts.. use the 'install font' function and point the
search to your font folders..

XP is not affected by fonts in the same way as Win 98..
