Adding files to existing PP presentation

How can I add files (photo slides) to an ongoing and exisiting PP
presentation? I am making a presentation of a house being built and have
done a presentation already with about 100 slides of the demolition of the
old house. I have about 50 slides of the rebuild but can't think how to add
the new folder of the rebuild to the existing presentation. At the moment I
am inserting lots of new slides into the presentation and copying and pasting
each individual photo from Photoshop but there must be a better way?
Thanks

I would use a batch import program. See BATCH IMPORT images into PowerPoint
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00050.htm

I don't know if you can add photos to existing files using the various batch
import options or not. If you can't, then you could just create a new
presentation using the batch import and then copy those slides and paste
them into the main presentation. That's a ton faster than inserting
individual pictures any day.

Also, don't copy/paste from Photoshop into PPT. That process contributes
mightily to increased file size. Instead, save the image in Photoshop and in
PPT use Insert|Picture|From File.

Thanks Echo once again you have offered me some good advice. As you may
recall our interaction went on for 21 replies last time but perhaps you have
it in one. I will try your suggestion tomorrow (it is 2310 here now) and see
what happens. Your advice about not pasting from photoshop certainly makes
sense as the PPT presentation got so big with the additions that i could no
longer mail it to my friends.
Thanks Charlie

Heheh, I hope we don't have to take 21 responses every time to get you the
right answer, Charlie!

Holler back if the batch import info doesn't get you going.
