Adding extension to email address

Hi,

We are running Exchange and we use Outlook for our mail.
We have a user that for some reason an extension was added
to an email address. This address is in the Global Address
list but it only comes up this way for this one person.

(e-mail address removed)

I have heard that Outlook 2002 automatically adds
addresses to your Contacts. But the address doesn't come
up in his Contacts.

Hi - doesn't sound like an Outlook issue to me. If you check the user's SMTP
address(es) in ADUC what does it look like, and can you change it there to
correct it? Is it set to inherit settings from the correct recipient policy?
